Are you already working in the financial services industry and looking for a new challenge? This role would be ideally suited to an IFA, administrator or paraplanner who is looking for a new challenge or change in direction. Working alongside our team of ISO 22222 certified financial advisers and the first paraplanner to achieve the Paraplanner Standard in the UK, the ideal candidate will have client facing experience and excellent technical knowledge of pensions and investments.

The role itself means you need to be a people person. You’ll be dealing with new enquiries, from existing and new clients, gaining an understanding of their financial goals. You’ll be involved in the production and presentation of cash flow forecasts, working closely with providers to be able to present the most suitable options to clients. We’re looking for somebody who is self-motivated to conduct the required research and keen to keep up to date with industry changes and products.

It goes without saying, we need you to be computer literate; knowledge of industry research software is desired and if you have experience of Prestwood systems or cash flow modelling software even better. Ideally you’ll be qualified or working towards your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning with a good understanding of regulation and compliance.

The right candidate will have a positive outlook with a keen desire to learn and be committed to personal development; we pride ourselves on the development and training our team members receive. You need to be have a keen eye for detail combined with excellent report writing and able to manage your workload to ensure deadlines are met.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience working with Prestwood systems or Cash Flow Modelling Software is desirable
